Höga Kusten: A Real Hiking Adventure
The weather is variable, with a mix of sunny, rainy, and windy days. The landscape is beautifully colored with autumn foliage, making it a picturesque time for hiking. Rainy days can add charm to the surroundings but can also make trails slippery with fallen leaves and mud. Prepare for your 4-day Höga Kusten hiking and camping tour with clothing suitable for all seasons.
Dressing in layers is key: start with a moisture-wicking base layer, add an insulating mid-layer, and top it off with a waterproof outer layer. Quick-drying pants, preferably convertible, and a lightweight waterproof jacket are essential. For colder weather, pack thermal underwear, a fleece sweater, a warm hat, gloves, and a scarf. Sturdy, waterproof hiking boots with good ankle support and extra warm socks are crucial.
For sunny days, include a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Additionally, bring a small backpack for essentials, a rain cover, and trekking poles for stability. We have no dedicated storage space for larger luggage suitcases e. However, you will find many dedicated luggage box providers in Stockholm. Our recommendation: Luggage Hero T-Centralen.
